Luscious & light Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sundae

Living lightly and brightly doesn’t mean missing out on all the sweet stuff! This totally lush, low cal pud is the ultimate mid-week treat.  With all our incredible Chocolate Meringue Bite flavours like Raspberry Crumble and Lemon Meringue, you can really mix it up as well to create some pretty awesome combos. Check out the shop for inspo!

You will need:

3 small scoops (beware scoops may vary) of low cal salted caramel ice cream (we chose Halo Top’s Sea Salt Caramel Ice Cream at 320kcals per tub)

3 Flower & White Salted Caramel Meringue Bites

5 raspberries

Light drizzle of salted caramel sauce

Method:

Grab your favourite sundae glass or bowl and drop two raspberries in the bottom, followed by three small scoops of your salted caramel ice cream. Finish off with your remaining raspberries and your 3 Meringue Bites. For extra indulgence, lightly drizzle with salted caramel sauce. We calculated about 200 cals. No bad eh. Grab a spoon and enjoy – you deserve it!
