These T&Cs form the basis on which we supply you with products and the use of our website.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, so you should check through them regularly for any changes.

By accessing this website you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and the terms of our privacy policy , all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with our website, any content contained in it and any contract brought into being as a result of your usage of our website shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Kingdom.


Ordering online

Payment – Unless other terms are agreed by us in writing we must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB or PayPal.  Once payment has been received by us, a confirmation email will be sent to you to the email address provided by you when placing the order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email (please also check your junk email just in case) then please contact us at or 01952 684626.

Minimum Order – The minimum order value is £8.85 excluding P&P. Orders under this value will not be processed.

Price – The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website, which are subject to change from time to time. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.

Availability of products – All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option to choose an alternative item is available or to cancel your order.  Should you choose to cancel your order due to products ordered not being available, we will refund the sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

Cancellation – Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. However, if you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help. 01952 684626.

Delivery for online orders

The standard delivery charge is £3.75 (inclusive of VAT : VAT number 104195933)

We will aim to deliver within 48 hours after the order has been processed. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday. Delivery will be via DPD or GForce and will deliver directly to you Tuesday to Friday, between 9am and 5.30pm. We are unfortunately unable to offer a Saturday or specific time slot deliveries. Whilst we aim to deliver within the time quoted above, delivery dates are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom. We are unfortunately unable to deliver to the following areas/postcodes: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Ireland, AB34-38, AB41-42, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-26, PH30-50 and ZE1-3. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not deliver to your area. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and refund the sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

We will deliver to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Flower & White do not accept responsibility for damage to goods in transit. By proceeding with an order, you are agreeing to these terms and are accepting this liability.
