Friday Night Chocolate Fondue Recipe

Chocolate fondue - is there anything better?! Such an easy dessert to pull together for a Friday night in, but watch as your friend's and family's eyes light up with delight at the sight of it!

You will need...

1 x Box of Rainbow Fruit Meringue Kisses
 
Fresh fruit - strawberries, blueberries and mango are our favourites!
 
 
For the sauce:
 
400g Belgian chocolate (we chose milk)
 
85g unsalted butter
 
284ml carton double cream
 
300ml milk
 
Kebab sticks or fondue forks

Method:
 
1. Prep your fruit - wash and slice into chunks
 
2. Put the chocolate, butter, cream and milk into a saucepan and heat gently until melted and smooth, stirring occasionally.
 
3. While your sauce is heating, thread your Meringue Kisses and fruit onto the skewers (if using)
 
4. Eat and enjoy immediately
