Pumpkin Porridge Recipe

This sweet pumpkin porridge is exactly what you need to warm you up on a crisp Autumn morning.

Top with Salted Caramel Meringue Bites to give it that extra comforting ‘mmmmm’ factor!


You will need:

100g oats 

300ml milk 

1 tbspn peanut butter 

1tsp turmeric powder

1tsp ground cinnamon 

2 tbspn pumpkin purée

1 tbspn yoghurt


To top:

Flower & White Salted Caramel Meringue Bites

1 Banana

1 Fig

Make it:

1. In a saucepan mix together the oats, milk, peanut butter and spices. On a low heat cook for 4-5minutes, stirring regularly. 


2. Transfer to a bowl and stir through the yoghurt.


3. Top with sliced banana, figs and salted caramel meringue bites.
