Vegan Peanut Butter Puffed Oat Bars

These healthy vegan Peanut Butter Puffed Oat Bars are so simple to make, convenient and extremely tasty! Made with simple ingredients, including our vegan Double M*lk Chocolate Meringue Bar. Perfect for your lunchbox or when you need an energy boost to get you through the day!

You Will Need:

 

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

3 tbsp maple syrup 

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 1/2 cups of puffed oats / rice krispies 

1/2 cup dark chocolate

1 FW Double M*lk Chocolate Vegan Meringue Bar

Make it:

1. Melt together the 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 3 tbsp syrup and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Pour in the 1 1/2 cups of puffed oats and crushed up F&W bar. Mix together until combined. 

2. Line a tin & pour the mixture in. In a microwave or bain marie, melt the 1/2 cup of dark chocolate and cover the top of the mixture.

3. Drizzle over with peanut butter and pop in the fridge to set. Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!
