This recipe blends the vibrancy of the orange with smooth velvety chocolate and the perfect crisp texture of our meringue bar, offering the perfect light indulgence as we dive into Autumn.
You will need...
(Serves 2)
2 Large oranges (to use as cups)
2 Scoops of chocolate ice cream
1 tbsp Orange marmalade (thin cut)
250ml Semi-skimmed milk
2 Orange Chocolate Meringue Bars
Chocolate squirty cream
Chocolate shavings
Method:
1. Prepare the Orange Cups: Slice off the top of the oranges and use a spoon to carefully scoop out the inside to create a hollow cup.
2. Blend together the ice cream, marmalade, and milk. Pour the mixture into your orange cups.
3. Top with a generous squirt of cream, followed by chunks of meringue bar and chocolate shavings.
