Order Questions

Yes! Firstly we will send you an order confirmation via email to let you know we have received it. Next you will receive a shipping email once your order has left our bakery. You will receive a tracking number in this email so you can keep an eye on when your treats will arrive.

Delivery Questions

Happy days! We offer free UK standard shipping on all orders. If you need your order to arrive sooner – no sweat, we offer next day delivery for just £4.95 when you place your order before 2pm Monday-Friday.

Orders placed via standard delivery will be delivered within 3-7 days from placing the order. Orders are sent via Royal Mail and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number via Royal Mail. Please note, this service provides an estimated date for delivery and is not a guarantee.

Subscription Questions

Simply go to account then select 'My Subscriptions'. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us directly to cancel your subscription by emailing and we will cancel within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

By creating a subscription, you will receive an order that repeats over the selected frequency. You aren’t tied in, it can be cancelled at any time!

Our meringues and mallow range is gluten free.

We aim to have Meringue Bars and Bites delivered with a shelf life of approximately 26 weeks, Vegan Meringue Bars with a shelf life of approximately 13 weeks, Meringue Kisses with a shelf life of approximately 10 weeks, and Mallow Bars with a shelf life of approximately 10 weeks.
