Payment - Unless other terms are agreed by us in writing we must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB or PayPal.  Once payment has been received by us, a confirmation email will be sent to you to the email address provided by you when placing the order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email (please also check your junk email just in case) then please contact us at hello@flowerandwhite.co.uk or 01952 684626.

Minimum Order - The minimum order value is £8.95 excluding P&P. Orders under this value will not be processed.

Price - The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website, which are subject to change from time to time. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.

Availability of products - All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you provided these details when placing the order). You will have the option to choose an alternative item is available or to cancel your order.  Should you choose to cancel your order due to products ordered not being available, we will refund the sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

Delivery for online orders

 

Our standard delivery option is free for delivery via Royal Mail within 3-5 business days from placing the order. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery will be via Royal Mail and will deliver to you Monday to Saturday. We are unfortunately unable to offer specific time slot deliveries. Delivery to UK only*. The charge for our next day delivery option is £3.95 is (inclusive of VAT: VAT number 104195933) and applies to orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day, for delivery the following day.

We will deliver to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Flower & White do not accept responsibility for damage to goods in transit. By proceeding with an order, you are agreeing to these terms and are accepting this liability.

*We are unfortunately unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland at the current time within the standard rate - please call us for a delivery quote. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not deliver to your area.
