Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 Flower & White Raspberry Crumble Meringue Bars
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g fresh raspberries
- 25g chopped pistachios
Method
- Whip the yogurt until soft peaks form and fold in the vanilla.
- Crush half a meringue bar and gently fold it through the yogurt with half the raspberries.
- Spoon into serving bowls.
- Top with the remaining raspberries, pieces of the meringue bar and chopped pistachios.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
