THE HAPPY ACCIDENT BEHIND THE BAR
Brian started baking at home with one thing in mind: great taste. What happened next was a happy accident.
IT ALL STARTED AT HOME 💗
It all began with our co-founder Brian, a stay at home dad experimenting with bakes in the family kitchen. Soon, his wife and fellow co-founder Leanne joined him, selling cakes and cupcakes at farmers' markets. But it was their meringues that stole the show! Spotting a gap for something different, Brian had an idea… a delicious chocolate coated meringue bar!
THEY SAID IT COULDN'T BE DONE 🍫
Brian had an idea to create a light, indulgent meringue bar wrapped in delicious Belgium chocolate. He was told the chocolate would melt the meringue, but he found a way! And trust us, it was worth it!
A VERY HAPPY ACCIDENT ✨
The best bit? We created our bars with indulgence in mind! Only afterwards did we discover they were under 100 calories. A happy accident that changed everything! Now you get the best of both worlds, delicious indulgence that fits into your lifestyle!

Are your products vegetarian / vegan?
All our products are suitable for vegetarians. We also offer a vegan friendly range of Meringue Bars which can be found here.
How long do the products last?
Our meringue bars have a shelf life of at least 6 months.
