We’re Flower & White, innovators of the most delicious light and indulgent snacks, and accidental pioneers of the under 100 calorie meringue bar.

Our story started back in 2009, when Co-Founder Brian juggled experimenting with bakes in the kitchen with looking after the children! After a lot of hustling, farmers markets and many bakes later, Co-Founder and wife Leanne joined the venture.


Look at us now! We’ve come a long way since the days of cracking open eggs in the garden shed, including a couple of rebrands, several moves to bigger premises as well as continuing to expand our award winning range of light and indulgent treats.


We take the pleasures of sweet snacking seriously and everything we do is driven by our philosophy to live lightly and brightly.


We’ve always been clear on a few other things though. We want our business to be fun, to never take ourselves too seriously; to always do things the right way; and to make irresistible treats that make people happy.



We wouldn’t have it any other way! Everybody deserves to be treated and at Flower & White we’re on a mission to make sweet treats that you really can feel good about.



We pride ourselves in using the best quality ingredients, including free range eggs, British sugar, Barry Callebaut chocolate and natural colours and flavours. Our treats are suitable for vegetarians (with some plant-based options too!) as well as naturally gluten free.


We hope you’d agree that we all need to tread more lightly on the planet. There is always a better way and at Flower & White this is embedded within everything we do. From our paper packaging to using renewable energy to power our bakery.
