Our Taste Promise is only available to first-time customers.
The claim for the refund must be made within the first 60 days of purchase.
Our Taste Promise applies to orders up to the value of £40. Orders over this amount cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and could take a further 3-5 working days for this to be received back into your account.
