Our standard delivery option is free for dispatch within 3-7 days from placing the order.

Standard deliveries are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 hour service. 

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery will be via Royal Mail, who will deliver to you Monday to Saturday. We are unfortunately unable to offer specific time slot deliveries. Delivery to UK only*.

The charge for our next day delivery option is £4.95 (inclusive of VAT: VAT number 104195933) and applies to orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day, for delivery the following day.

We will deliver to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Flower & White do not accept responsibility for damage to goods in transit. By proceeding with an order, you are agreeing to these terms and are accepting this liability.

*We are unfortunately unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland at the current time within the standard rate - please call us for a delivery quote. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not deliver to your area. If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund the sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
