A Festive Showstopper: How to Make the Perfect Meringue Wreath

Light, indulgent, and irresistibly delicious, it’s a festive centrepiece that everyone will love—whether you're enjoying after Christmas dinner or hosting a holiday party.
You will need
6 of your favourite flavour of Meringue Clouds (we chose Very Vanilla)
300ml double cream
1 Orange (sliced)
50g blueberries
30g Pistachio nuts (chopped)
80g pomegranate seeds
A sprig of rosemary
Coulis to drizzle
Method
1. On a cake stand or dish, arrange your 6 Meringue Clouds in a circle to form your wreath shape.
2. Next prepare your cream by whipping it until it forms soft peaks. When ready, gently pour into the centre of your Cloud wreath.
3. Now it's time to decorate! Arrange the fruit on top of the cream and scatter with the pistachios. Finish with a generous drizzle of coulis and enjoy!
