Dreamy Caramel Gold Layer Pud

This is your sign to indulge in the golden glory of our Caramel Gold Meringue dessert!

For your layers, you will need:

2-3 shortbread biscuits (broken into crumbs)
Caramel Sauce
2 Caramel Gold Meringue Bars
Whipping cream
1 Slice of vanilla sponge cake
1 Banana



1. Grab your dessert bowl and begin to layer your ingredients, starting with your biscuit crumbs, mix together with a little melted butter and press into the base.

2. Next pour in your caramel sauce until you can no longer see the biscuit.

3. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Dollop this on top of the suace layer.

4. TIme to open your Caramel Gold Bar! Roughly break this up with your fingers and sprinkle on top of the cream.

5. Using a cookie cutter, cut a circle of sponge cake and press this on top of the meringue.

6. Dollop a final layer of cream over the cake and finish off with more meringue bar pieces and slices of banana.
