1. What’s your role at Flower & White?​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​To keep it simple my main focus is on running the operational side of the business, heading up and supporting a fantastic operations team to produce and distribute amazing products from start to finish day in day out!​​​​​​​​

2. What’s your favourite Flower & White product?​​​​​​​​

Tough one, where do you start?? I could pick several but will have to go with the Salted Caramel Meringue Bar, can’t go wrong with milk chocolate and caramel.​​​​​​​​

4. If you could learn anything, what would it be?​​​​​​​​

I have always wanted to learn a musical instrument over the years but have never got round to it, however, having a young son who now wants to learn to play the drums, guitar and keyboard, maybe this might be the perfect timing for me to learn alongside him… watch this space for a father son duet! ha ha​​​​​​​​

​​​​​5. You have 30 minutes of free time, how do you pass it?​​​​​​​​

Aside from keeping on top of the house work and tidying up children’s toys (constantly ha ha), I would use those 30 minutes to read a story to the kids, try and get some fresh air with a quick walk, or just switch off and scroll through various social media platforms with a cup of tea!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

6. Do you have a favourite book, film or podcast you can recommend to us?​​​​​​​​

Again, so hard to choose just one, but I have just finished watching the series “Succession” – would definitely recommend this series!
