Healthy Chocolate & Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Making this smoothie bowl couldn’t be easier and we’ve given ours a little ghoulish twist in the spirit of Halloween! Here’s how to create your own!

You will need:

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp cacao powder 

1 tbsp peanut butter 

1 tbsp mixed seeds

2 dates 

150ml milk (more if too thick) 

To top

Flower & White Chocolate Crunch Meringue Bites

Granola

1 banana sliced into a ghost shape. Don’t forget to give him eyes with melted chocolate or a pair of edible eyes!

Handful of raspberries

 

Method

Blend together your frozen banana, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp mixed seeds, 2 dates, 150ml milk (more if too thick) until smooth & thick. Empty into your fave breakfast bowl and top with granola, raspberries, your carved ghost banana and a handful of Chocolate Crunch Meringue Bites.
