We get it! Life can be a whirlwind, with work, family, and other commitments leaving little room for anything else. But even in the busiest of schedules, it’s essential to carve out a little time for yourself! It doesn’t need to be hours - just a few moments each day can make all the difference.
 
Here's how you can sneak some 'me-time' into your daily routine.

Start your day right
Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier to enjoy some peaceful, uninterrupted time in the morning for you. Whether it’s sipping a cup of tea, having a quick walk, or reading some pages of a book, those early moments can set a positive tone for your day!
Take small breaks
Sprinkle micro-breaks throughout your day. Have a quick stretch, get some air, or savour a quick, delicious treat like our meringue snacks!These small pauses can recharge your energy and keep you feeling refreshed. A great technique is the Pomodoro! Set 25 minutes for work and then a 5 minute break for you.
put your devices on 'do not disturb'
The last thing we need is notifications popping up left, right and centre on our phones and watches! Have a little detox and use breaks to check anything you need to – if there is something you need to keep on, manage those notifications and give yourself the breathing space. 
Celebrate the small wins
At the end of each day, take a moment to acknowledge your accomplishments, no matter how big or small. Maybe write them down in a notebook or journal to read back on. Reward yourself with a little indulgence — like one of our meringue bars maybe — and appreciate the effort you’ve put in today!
