Make our Festive Gingerbread Energy Balls

Snacking that is both delicious AND healthy = a BIG thumbs up from us! Even better, these bliss balls can be frozen, ready for any snacking emergency.

You will need:

1 1/2 cups gluten free oats
1 cup medjool dates
1tsp ginger powder
1/2tsp cinnamon powder 
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Handful of Flower & White Glitter Balls


Make it:

1. Blend the dates and oats in a blender with spices.

2. Next, add coconut oil and maple syrup. Roll into bliss balls.

3. Crush up the Glitter Balls (we went for Classic Pops!) and roll each ball in it. Store in the fridge in an airtight container or freeze until Christmas time!
