Overnight Chia Brekkie Bowl
Kick start your morning with a chia brekkie pot bursting full of goodness! With chia seeds, raspberries and a cheeky Meringue Bite (or 3!) this healthy breakfast not only tastes amazing (and fills you up!), but you can make it the night before and enjoy the next morning.
Make it:
Soak 1/4 cup chia seeds in 1 cup of milk (we used plant based). Sweeten the deal: option to add 1 tbsp maple syrup. Mix well & leave overnight to thicken.
The next day: to make the topping, blend a handful of frozen raspberries with 100mls milk & 1 banana. Dollop on top of your chia bowl followed by extra raspberries and some Raspberry Crumble Meringue Bites for extra indulgence!
