Raspberry, Lemon & White Chocolate Porridge Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
50g oats
250ml milk of choice
Frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons syrup (we used White Chocolate & Raspberry)
1 tablespoon Raspberry Jam
1 x Flower & White Lemon Meringue Bar, chopped (shop here!)
METHOD:
1. Place the oats and milk in a pan, heat up and simmer for 5 minutes until creamy.
2. Spoon into a bowl, add the raspberries and jam, drizzle with the syrup and scatter over the meringue pieces. Dig in!
