Raspberry & Meringue White Chocolate Fondue

Indulge in a delightful and elegant treat with our Raspberry & Meringue White Chocolate Fondue. This recipe combines the light, crisp texture of our Raspberry Eton Mess Kisses with the juicy burst of fresh raspberries, all dipped in a rich and creamy white chocolate sauce.


You will need:

1 x Box of Raspberry Eton Mess Meringue Kisses
1 Punnet of Fresh Raspberries
170g White Chocolate Chips
125ml Double Cream
Kebab sticks or fondue forks
1. Prepare the White Chocolate Sauce: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Do not let it boil.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the white chocolate chips. Let them sit for a minute to melt.

3. Stir the mixture until smooth and fully combined. If necessary, return the saucepan to low heat and stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

4. Pour the white chocolate sauce into a small serving bowl and place this in the centre of a large plate, arranging your Meringue Kisses and fresh raspberries around the sides for easy dipping.
5. Grab a skewer or fondue fork to dip the meringues and raspberries into the warm white chocolate sauce
