The Caudwell Children Bake Off

The Caudwell Children Bake Off

Forget the Great British Bake Off! We challenged the families of Caudwell Children’s Charity to don their aprons and take part in the Flower & White Bake Off challenge to compete for Star Baker. Each child was given a pouch of Flower & White #BakeOn Sponge & Muffin Mix and decorations including our colourful Meringue Rainbow Pops. Caudwell Children’s charity hosted 16 remote baking sessions in total with 38 families safely participating via Zoom.

What amazing feedback we had from the families! Comments include “Thank you for a lovely afternoon! … He enjoyed cutting up his fruit and also tried an apricot for the first time which he really enjoyed” and “…really enjoyed taking part. The past few months have been quite tough for him and he really needed this.” which was so lovely to hear.

Head judge and Flower & White Co-Founder, Leanne Crowther had the very difficult task of choosing 3 star bakers, in fact she ended up awarding 6 children the grand prize as the entries were all so fantastic!
