White Chocolate Berry Bark
Satisfy any sweet tooth with this delicious white chocolate bark created by Pamela Higgins. We love how you can get really experimental by playing around with what chocolate and toppings you use!

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp White Chocolate Spread
Freeze-dried raspberries
Flower & White Strawberries & Cream Meringue Bites
METHOD:
1. Simply melt 2 tbsp coconut oil and 4 tbsp white chocolate spread and spread out onto a small sheet of greaseproof paper in a thin layer.
2. Sprinkle over freeze-dried raspberries and broken up Flower & White Strawberries & Cream Meringue Bites.
3. Chill in the fridge for an hour to set – then break up into pieces and enjoy!
